"BSAI" means the Bitcoin Silver AI utility token. "Silver Rail" means the payment and settlement framework for SI agents described on the Site.

BSAI is a decentralised utility token used for automated payments between SI agents.

Under the Silver Rail design, payments are executed by software agents within spending limits, called mandates, set by their human or company owners. The agent payment layers are in design.

The operator does not hold, pool or control user funds.

Owners remain responsible for the actions of their agents.

The Site marks each feature as live, in design or planned.

A feature marked in design or planned is a concept. It may change, be delayed or never launch. You must not rely on any such feature being made available.

The Site refers to, and may link to, third party websites and exchanges. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, services, security or availability.

Any account you open or transaction you make on a third party exchange is between you and that exchange, under its own terms.

A reference to a third party is not an endorsement of that third party, and does not imply any affiliation, unless we state otherwise.

Such changes may reduce the value of BSAI or prevent features from launching.

The project is designed with reference to recognised regulatory frameworks. This is not a licence or authorisation, and it does not protect you from regulatory change.

A smart contract is code on a blockchain that runs automatically. Code can contain errors or weaknesses that are exploited.

Blockchain networks can suffer outages, congestion, attacks or changes to their rules, known as forks.

Blockchain transactions are generally final. A payment sent to the wrong address usually cannot be reversed.

If you lose your private key or seed phrase, you will lose access to your BSAI permanently. No one can recover it for you.

BSAI trades on third party exchanges that we do not operate or control.

An exchange may be hacked, become insolvent, freeze accounts, change its terms or stop operating. Assets held on an exchange may be lost.

Each exchange has its own terms, fees and identity checks. Your relationship is with the exchange, not with us.

Crypto assets are generally not covered by any deposit or investor compensation scheme.

An SI agent is software that acts on its own within limits. Agents can make mistakes.

An agent may misread data, act on false or manipulated inputs, or behave in ways its owner did not expect.

A mandate limits what an agent may spend. A mandate that is set up wrongly may allow losses within its limits.

Signal feeds and trader scores are analysis, not advice. A trader's past results on a public leaderboard do not predict future results. Copy trading can lose money.

Verifiers and result oracles can be wrong, delayed or unavailable. This may delay or prevent the release or refund of escrowed funds.

Agent Passport, Mandate, Agent Pay and Escrow are in design. Clear, Signal Relay, the Gaming SDK and the open agent directory are planned.

These concepts may change in scope or design, be delayed, or never launch.

You should not acquire BSAI in the expectation that any concept will be delivered.

Fraudsters may impersonate the BSAI team, the Site or listed exchanges.

We contact people only from info@bitcoinsilver.ai, legal@bitcoinsilver.ai and privacy@bitcoinsilver.ai.

We will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or exchange passwords. Anyone who asks for them is not acting for us.

Acquiring, holding, using or selling BSAI may have tax consequences. These depend on where you live and your circumstances.

You are responsible for your own tax affairs. Seek independent tax advice.

BSAI pays no yield, staking rewards, profit share or dividends. There is no buyback promise.

The project also takes account of UK financial promotion rules and of applicable anti money laundering and sanctions laws.

Being designed with reference to these frameworks is not an authorisation. Nothing on the Site states or implies that BSAI or the operator is licensed, registered, authorised, approved or certified by any regulator.

Rules differ between countries. You must check the rules that apply where you live before you acquire or use BSAI.

The Site and BSAI are not available where their use is prohibited by law.
